  • 2DIE4 Boutique accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and all tags attached within 20 days from the date of purchase
  • Returns are refunded in the original form of payment. 
  • Shipping is nonrefundable.
  • All sales are final on accessories, jewelry and clearance merchandise.  No refunds or exchanges are offered for final sales.  
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, all tags attached (NO EXCEPTION), packaged, and saleable condition for a refund or exchange.  Not following this policy will result in us declining your return and you will be responsible for shipping costs incured to ship package back to you.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for refund.  This will prevent an out of stock situation.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PAST THE 20 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

Return or Exchange by Mail
 
Complete the Return/Exchange Form and enclose it with a copy of your receipt with the merchandise in its original packaging.  When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color and size.  You are responsible for shipping costs to ship to us and from us.  See above Return & Exchange Policy for terms and conditions.

  • We recommend sending your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail or USPS as we are not responsible for lost packages. 
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after the merchandise is received.
  • Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt.  If you received free shipping and are strictly returning, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. 
  • Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement 

Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy
 
  • Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged. Please email us with the information. 
  • Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise. The shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us! 
  • If your item is out of stock then we will refund the amount back in the manner it was purchased. 

Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping 

2DIE4 Boutique will impose a $10 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing 2DIE4 Boutique shipper not being able to complete the delivery of the order. 
NOTE: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation by online customer 

  • We at 2die4 Boutique believe in speedy shipping. Many times we ship out immediately; therefore we do not allow customers to cancel their order. However, you can return your order to us in the original shipping package if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed and undamaged in accordance with our return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • All returns must be mailed to our Online Returns [2251 Claribel Ave., Riverbank, CA 95361]. 
  • Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund your credit card. 

Order cancellation by 2DIE4 Boutique 

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations. 
  • Orders will not be processed if there is an error in information you provided, which may include but is not limited to:
    1. Incorrect credit card number; 
    2. Incorrect credit card expiration date or card security value; 
    3. Incorrect billing information or the information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record; 
    4. Insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided (street address, city, state, zip or postal code); or 
    5. Information provided is deemed fraudulent. 

Technical failures 
  • Your Order may also be cancelled due to technical failures or glitches that are not within our control such as power outages, crashing of servers, or other similar events that may temporarily take our website off-line. 
  • If your Order is cancelled due to technical failure, you should first confirm that your credit card was not charged by calling your credit card company or bank, and then place your Order again when the website is back online. 
  • Other important information regarding your credit card 
  • 2DIE4 Boutique reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information and for your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order properly filled and delivered to customer. 

Previous fraudulent order history 
  • We may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from any customer with a previous fraudulent order history record. 

RESALE OF MERCHANDISE IS PROHIBITED
  • Resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling or reshipping may be cancelled and we reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.

Shipping & Delivery 

How long will it take my order to be shipped? 

If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 48 hours. You will be alerted if an item is temporarily out of stock or if any other delay will occur immediately. Your orders will be via USPS Priority Mail and it will take 3-4 business days (Excluding Holidays) to be received unless you select otherwise for express mail. 

International Shipping Information can be found during the checkout process, simply select "estimate" shipping costs.
